Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The Acceptable Use Policy (KEKP) explains the rules regarding the correct use and prohibitions of ercanyildiz.com.tr. Information Design Services, all of which are called Plan(s). These rules are inevitably put in place to protect our service quality and the priorities of all our customers. By registering for the Plan(s) and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy and its rules, and to the extent that you are bound by the Terms and Rules of the agreement.

1- Change Ercan Web Bilisim Design Services reserves the right to change these rules at any time and to implement the changes immediately as soon as they are announced on the website.

2- Violation Violation of these rules is strictly prohibited. As a result of any violation, suspension, termination and/or compensation for any damage that may occur to ercanyildiz.com.tr. Bilisim Design Services as a result of a violation handled within the framework of the rules of this Policy. You are solely responsible for the use of your Plan(s) and the content of any uploads, downloads, or transmissions you make during the use of the Plan(s). ercanyildiz.com.tr. Bilisim Design Services has the sole say in deciding that these rules are violated. In the event of any breach, the files on the system will be closed to downloads and your account will be disabled for future downloads. No refund can be issued for any account that violates the AUP. In the event of a breach of the AUP, any or all materials, if necessary, shall be provided to the appropriate authorities to take legal action in respect of any act contrary to a national or international law.

3- Illegal Use You may only use the Plan(s) ofercanyildiz.com.tr. Information Design Services for legal purposes. The transfer, distribution, sale or storage of any material that violates any law, regulation or the rules of this Policy is strictly prohibited. In addition, any copyrighted material (for website design, it is the customer's sole responsibility to transmit to us for use or use on the website any copyright-infringing materials. 9- General Scripts / CGI – scripts Ercan Web Information Design Services, it is strictly forbidden to run the scripts you have on from outside. Scripts that may harm system performance or overuse system resources may be shut down without notice to you.

10- System and Network Security Any violation of the servers, systems or network security of ercanyildiz.com.tr. Information Design Services or a third party through the use of the Plan(s) is prohibited and may constitute a crime. ercanyildiz.com.tr. Information Design Services may investigate such a situation involving a violation and cooperate with the legal authorities it deems necessary if it suspects a criminal situation. This situation includes:

1. Disseminate or host any destructive or damaging content, such as viruses, Trojan Horses, worms, timing bombs, eggdrops, cancel bots, or any computer programming routine that may impair the system, programs, data, or personal information;

2. Hacking or unauthorized session attempts; probing, port scanning, traffic or session scans.

3. Counterfeiting any kind of system overload, any kind of system attacks or any program/script/command or message designed to disrupt the user's terminal session in any way, either locally or over the Internet, in order to disrupt the service provided to any user, host or network;

4. Scanning data on any network, server or system without permission from its owner and any attempt to obtain any information of any similar kind;

5. Failure to comply with system restrictions in any way; and

6. Causing unauthorized access by giving passwords to other people and not being able to secure the similar type of account enters.

11- Fake Content Distributing or offering for sale any counterfeit products, services, plans, or promotions (e.g., monetization plans, chain letters), or providing false information in an online application with any membership form, contract, or registration, or fraudulent use of credit card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses, and similar information in any way through the use of the Plan(s) is strictly prohibited.

Any content placed on top of the website, the top directory (root directory) accessible via the web, will be reviewed by an administrator.
